Top 100 U.S. law firm Akerman LLP represented Apex Automotive, an operator of tire and automotive service centers, in its acquisitions of assets of KPE3 Auto Group LLC in Florida, and of APQ, LLC in Michigan.  Both transactions closed in May 2022.  Kenneth Wiggins, co-chair of Akerman’s M&A/Private Equity practice, served as lead counsel for Apex Automotive.
