Bankruptcy and reorganization partner Amy Leitch was named among the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2023 Women of Influence, which honor those extraordinary women who are impacting the Northeast Florida community through their leadership, professional accomplishments, and inspirational work.

Leitch focuses her practice on a broad range of complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, including trusts and estates, debtor-creditor law, breach of contract, business torts, shareholder disputes, real estate, fraudulent transfers, landlord-tenant claims, judgment recovery, franchise disputes, and product liability and warranty. She represents clients throughout the United States and frequently appears in state and federal courts in Florida, Georgia, and Colorado.

Leitch is currently the President of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association and she is also committed to public service and provides pro bono services to various organizations and individuals.
