Following a pivotal election cycle in Florida, voters handed Republicans a supermajority in the State Legislature, which has turned its attention to addressing a turbulent property insurance market and other matters including abortion, infrastructure, and sustainable investing.

Public policy manager Richard Pinsky in West Palm Beach shared his outlook for Florida legislation over the next two years as well as his predictions for Gov. DeSantis' second term.
