Los Angles Partner Brenda Radmacher has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). She was inducted on November 2 during the CLSA 2023 International Conference in South Carolina.

The CLSA is an invitation-only international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields. Fellowship is limited to 1,200 practicing lawyers globally, and lawyers are invited based on a proven record of excellence and accomplishment in construction law at both the trial and appellate levels.

Radmacher focuses her practice on construction law, working as a counselor, litigator, and noted speaker on issues involving land owners, developers, general contractors, and design professionals. She has a multi-faceted practice, litigating construction disputes as well as advising clients on risk management best practices, drafting critical documents, and effectively resolving disputes. Radmacher has been retained as lead construction counsel on some of the nation’s largest construction disputes including, most recently, the Champlain Tower Condominium Collapse in 2022. She also serves as a mediator and is on the American Arbitration Association’s panel of commercial arbitrators.
