We are proud to share Akerman Partner and Healthcare Litigation Team Co-Leader Noam Fischman has been named to the 2023 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll. Organized by the D.C. Courts, the D.C. Access to Justice Commission, and the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center, the honor recognizes attorneys for their pro bono service and commitment to ensuring access to justice in the community and beyond. Fischman was featured on the honor roll last year as well.

In his practice, Fischman represents healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, life sciences companies, and related healthcare vendors in federal and state courts, government investigations, and matters involving regulatory agencies. He has a specific focus on managing risk related to fraud and alleged false claims, and fiduciary duty-related issues. Akerman applauds Noam’s long-standing commitment to pro bono.
