Stephen Glazier’s article titled, “Illustrating The New USPTO Guidance With A Flowchart,” was among Law360’s most-read intellectual property guest articles of the year. In the piece, Glazier analyzed the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s revised eligibility guidance, released in January 2019.
