Livia Vieira is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. Livia focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. She represents private equity firms in a variety of both buy and sell side business transactions.

As part of her corporate finance and lending practice, she drafts and reviews documents in connection with debt and finance transactions, including senior and subordinated facilities, intercreditor and subordination agreements, guaranty and security agreements, stock pledge agreements, and other ancillary documents.

As a law student, Livia served as Lead Articles Editor of the Nova Law Review. She also received C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest grade in Contract Law, Legal Research and Writing, Business Entities, Professional Responsibilities, Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, Property Law, Tort Law, Evidence, Interviewing and Counseling, and Family Law.
