Akerman will host a webinar on the new Illinois employment laws that took effect on January 1, 2020 and earlier. Megan Kokontis and John Roache will discuss the various new laws, including how Illinois employers are now required to provide sexual harassment prevention training to their Illinois employees on an annual basis. The webinar will also discuss how employers will need to review and perhaps modify current practices to ensure compliance.
