Akerman's Women's Initiative Network (WIN) will host a seminar titled, "I’m Kind of a Big Deal: Women and Pay Negotiations." Employee benefits and executive compensation partner Mary Samsa will participate as a panelist, along with general counsels and other experts for an interactive discussion on the issues women face with compensation and negotiations.
