Spencer Crowley, Co-Chair of Akerman’s Land Use and Development Practice and past recipient of the Outstanding Young Leader award, will attend this year's Alvah H. Chapman Jr. Award of Excellence, presented by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
