Akerman is proud to support the Women’s Bar Association Foundation (WABF) – District of Columbia in sponsoring the 19th Annual Wine & Whiskey Tasting and Silent Auction, “Barrels of Fun.” Proceeds from the event benefit the WBAF Founders Fellowship, an annual award given to an area law school to support a student who is pursuing a public interest summer internship to advance the legal interests of women and children.
