Akerman will co-host a webinar with Brevet Capital and JTC Group titled, "Making an EB-5 Investment Choice: Considerations for Investors and Agents in the New Era." The webinar will discuss: how investors can better evaluate projects; considerations unique to specific countries; and how EB-5 can be used to enhance business and personal opportunities for immigrants while inducing investment to projects making the greatest impact.

Michael Bailkin will provide the welcome remarks followed by Michael Goldberg who will give the keynote address. In addition, Michael Bailkin will moderate and Scot O'Brien will speak on the panel titled, "How Do I Protect My Investment."
