Amy Gaylord will participate on a panel titled, "CBD and CBAs: Marijuana in the Workplace," at the Labor and Employment Relations Association meeting presented by the  – Chicago Chapter. This panel will discuss how the legalization of marijuana – whether for medical or recreational use – is having an enormous impact on employers and how they deal with drug testing and workplace drug policies. This program will focus on the unionized workforce and the legalization of medical and recreational marijuana in Illinois, including how these issues are being addressed in collective bargaining agreements, just cause discipline, and litigating and adjudicating marijuana use cases.
