Bert Greenwell will present at TRTCLE’s online CLE course titled, "Navigating Real Estate Due Diligence in a Merger and Acquisition Transaction." The course will focus on the real estate due diligence component of the transaction and highlights practical tips and pitfalls that can arise. The course will also highlight the real property due diligence that should be evaluated and issues that are associated to enable clients to better determine any potential pitfalls and indeed, the true value of the transaction. The approach will be less philosophical and more practical in nature; however, both common law litigation and best practices will be discussed.
