Beth Alcalde  will serve as a panelist at the Florida Retail Federation (FRF) 2013 Summer meeting. During the working breakfast, the panel will lead a discussion on Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) issues. The event participants will include FRF trade association members from retail business communities in and around Florida.
