Akerman's California Land Use Practice will be presenting a CLE program on the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Lisa Kolieb will include an overview of what CEQA is, who has to comply with it, the possible exemptions from CEQA, the environmental review process, including the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impacts reports and related environmental studies, as well as judicial challenges based on CEQA.
