Brenda Radmacher will speak at the 2021 CLM Construction Conference on a panel titled, "How to Arbitrate a Complex Construction Case Virtually." The panel will will focus on the question of whether complex construction matters can effectively be litigated in a virtual fashion. This session will discuss options for establishing procedures and methods for preparing complex construction cases for a virtual trial or arbitration, and provide practical hands-on tips and tactics for counsel to effectively present a case over a video conference-styled platform.
