Brenda Radmacher will speak on a session titled, “Ethics Issues with Virtual Hearings and Document Production” at the 2023 American Arbitration Association (AAA) Construction Conference. The AAA Construction Conference will focus on best practices for avoiding and managing disputes on complex construction projects from the planning stages through completion of the project. It will also provide techniques and best practices in dispute avoidance and resolution strategies for complex construction projects.
