Brenda Radmacher will speak on two panels titled, “Lessons Learned from the Champlain Tower Collapse” and “Life In The Fast Lane” during the 29th Anniversary of West Coast Casualty’s Construction Defect Seminar.

The “Life In The Fast Lane” panel will address cutting edge topics regarding the speed in development of trends in the construction industry and how associated claims - including modular construction, the pace of litigation and large loss claims, and the future of claims involving sustainability and ESG issues - are impacting those in the construction and real estate development industries.

These challenges and innovations will be addressed in creative claim resolution options and how the use of different ADR models can be harnessed to move claims toward resolution.
