Brenda Radmacher will be a featured speaker at the Women in Residential and Commercial Construction Conference (WIR+CC) on Oct. 26th in Nashville. Ms. Radmacher will be sharing her experience and providing training on Negotiation Tactics for those involved in contracts, issues, and disputes surrounding construction projects. This interactive talk will focus on the 4 Step Plan for Negotiation (Assess, Plan, Ask, Package), and will walk each participant through strategies on how to more effectively negotiate in the day-to-day events surrounding construction projects.

The conference will feature three days of keynote presentations, workshops, roundtable sessions, interactive panel discussions, networking events, and more, with a focus on the role and influence of women on the residential and commercial construction industries.
