Brian Miller and Steve Roddenberry will take part in a panel titled "Protecting Your 'Risk' Pocketbook: More Than D&O," hosted by the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. They will discuss challenges involved with director and officer (D&O) liability insurance as premiums increase and coverage limits are reduced. They will also cover what questions directors should be addressing around D&O insurance and the other risk factors associated with their board service. Miller will speak as a panelist and Roddenberry will moderate.
