Brian Nugent will be speaking on two panels at the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) 2019 PEO Capitol Summit. His panels are titled, "A Day in the Legal Life of a PEO: An Ask the Experts" and "Medical Marijuana."

The NAPEO Capitol Summit is the premier, annual conference for Professional Employer Organizations across the country dedicated to the legal, regulatory, and legislative issues that affect PEOs.  Speakers review the latest cases, laws, and trends affecting the PEO industry and the co-employment relationship between PEOs, their clients, and worksite employees.  The Capitol Summit also offers participants an opportunity to meet with top policymakers on Capitol Hill. The summit is geared toward PEO in-house counsel, PEO legal advisors, compliance managers, HR professionals, and PEO owners/senior managers.
