Akerman is a sponsor of the 42nd Annual Colorado Women’s Bar Association (CWBA) Annual Convention. The CWBA has become the largest diversity bar association in Colorado, promoting women as leaders in the legal profession, and advancing the needs of women and children generally. The convention is the largest annual gathering of women in law in Colorado and provides an opportunity for attorneys from across the state to network, discuss developments in the legal industry, and participate in continuing education.
