Akerman will host a seminar in partnership with the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR). Francisco Rodriguez will moderate the panel discussion on CPR's rules for administered arbitration of International Disputes. Topics to be covered include arbitrator impartiality, lengthy time frames to reach resolution, and burdensome and unpredictable administrative costs and requirements.
