David Bayne will speak on a panel titled "When the Lawyer Becomes the Conflict – Identifying and Considering Personal Interest Conflicts in Litigation" at the 9th Annual Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Conference presented by the American Bar Association (ABA). The panel will help lawyers and law firms identify and consider financial, professional, familial, and other personal interests of their lawyers which might significantly limit their ability to pursue a client’s interest in litigation, thereby avoiding a hasty withdrawal, loss of fees, loss of business/reputation, disqualification, malpractice liability, or disciplinary action.
