Davivd Blum will speak on a panel titled, "The Stakes are Raised: Class Action and Qui Tam Claims in a post-Wayfair World," at the 2019 Summer Seminar presented by The Chicago Tax Club. The panel will review the Qui Tam and Class Action challenges retailers face in the new regulatory environment. The panel will also identify current litigation/regulatory trends and provide tips on how to identify and reduce the risk of exposure to these types of claims.
