Akerman Tax partner David Slenn will speak on his recently published book, “The Fraudulent Transfer of Wealth: Unwound and Explained” at the Ave Maria School of Law Tax & Estates complimentary luncheon. Slenn's book is published by the American Bar Association (ABA) and includes the extensive history and law surrounding fraudulent transfer—the deliberate transfer of money or other valuables to evade creditors or others with a claim to the items of value.
