Elizabeth Hughes will speak on a panel titled, “Two for the Price of One? Co-Guardians: The Greatest Duo of All Time" at the 2023 Guardianship Seminar, presented by The Florida Bar. The seminar will highlight the procedures, potential traps, and ethical dilemmas that can arise when handling guardianship and incapacity matters. Panelists will present on ethical pitfalls, best practices, nuances of procedural traps, the always valuable judges' views, and an update on statutory and case law changes.

The program will also include presentations on navigating issues involving powers of attorney, co-fiduciaries, fees, and examining committee members.
