Elsa Manzanares will be a panelist at the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA)/VIA’s Annual Convention. The panel titled, "U.S. Export Controls & Sanctions Overview," will cover the developments in the Treasury Department's recent outline of its expectations for sanctions compliance programs and a more aggresive approach to sanctions enforcement.
