Erica Mason will speak on a panel titled, "Free Speech & Workplace Violence," at the 20th Annual Labor & Employment Law event presented by the Seminar Group. The panel will cover various topics, including: social media; balancing safe workspace with laws protecting employee privacy; how to recognize situations that could escalate; and employee policies and training.

This year's Labor & Employment Law program will examine developments in labor law, leave laws, and wage & hour laws. It will cover issues surrounding disability discrimination, independent contractors, the NLRB, and retaliation claims. The program will also offer discussions about returning to work and difficulties with remote workers.
