Gerald B. Cope Jr. will be speaking at The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section, Criminal Law Section, and Trial Lawyers Section's President Showcase, on a panel titled "Blunders, Landmines, and the Consequences of Poor Attorney Performance in The Preservation of Record Error." This CLE will address all Florida lawyers, working civil and criminal, federal and state cases, and invite attendees to pay greater attention to the legal, ethical, and moral consequences of the failure to properly preserve error in records. Florida Supreme Court Justice Jorge Labarga will also share his expertise on the panel.
