This session will explore the remedies available for a failing cannabis business, including restructuring, receivership, and Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors.
Industry experts will touch upon, how the industry has matured, how the rights of secured vs unsecured creditors have evolved, equity partnership disputes, tax liabilities and the licensing and regulatory effects at both a state and local level.
