Akerman's Tampa Office Managing Partner, Irene Bassel Frick will be a panelist at the 17th Annual National Forum on ERISA Litigation, presented by the American Conference Institute. In the panel titled, "Hypothetical Scenarios and Practical Guidance for ERISA Practitioners," speakers will work through a series of hypothetical scenarios and how to resolve them. Ethics topics to be covered include representation of multiple clients, ERISA fiduciary exception to attorney client privilege, and other ethical dilemmas.
