Jason Lichtstein will participate on an environmental panel discussion at the Virtual Education and Training Summit, presented by the Florida Airports Council (FAC). Panelists will discuss PFAS and environmental challenges in connection with airports, how they approach resolving these challenges, management of these substances, how future construction and expansion may be impacted, upcoming policy changes, liability issues, and other issues of importance regarding PFAS legal and policy developments and expected next steps.
