Jason Lichtstein will be a panelist at the 2019 Alabama Brownfields Conference. The panel titled, "Turning Brownfields into Greenbacks:  An Overview of State Financial Incentives," will highlight some of the elements of neighboring state voluntary cleanup programs, including tax credits, rebates, grant programs, and brownfield revolving loan funds.
