John Wood and William Garehime will speak on a panel titled, “Commercial Leases: Dealing with Large Hidden 'Big Ticket' Items” at the 2020 Negotiating Commercial Lease seminar, hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI). This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Milton Friedman Lectures on Commercial Leases in New York City and the panel will address complex commercial real estate issues, including negotiating tactics in the new improving economy and tighter leasing market. This two-day course is designed to train legal and financial advisors of varying levels of experience-whether in-house or outside counsel or any professional representing owners, tenants, managers, or investors in real estate interests.
