Co-Founder and Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s (LACBA) Cannabis Section, Joshua Mandell will speak on a panel titled "Updates and Insights from Industry Leaders," presented by the LACBA Cannabis Law Section at it's 2nd Annual Cannabis Litigation Salon. The panel discussion will include the following topics, and more: changing norms for choice of forum, emerging class action threats, litigating both against and alongside local authorities, and lessons learned from resolving novel cannabis matters in a time of tremendous growth for the industry.
