Laura Holm will speak on a panel covering the new paradigm in "The Board Selection Process: The Non-Traditional Candidate." Presented by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Florida Chapter, the panel will discuss the viable board candidate who may not sit in the traditional E-Suite or C-Suite position, but is a successful entrepreneur or civic leader who has exhibited the skill sets to aid in governance and organization oversight. The NACD Florida Chapter was founded by a group of local directors to create a peer-to-peer forum for senior executives and board members to share their experiences, discuss board leadership issues, and serve as the voice of the director.
