Lorenzo Borgogni will speak at a workshop titled “Updates on Cross-Border M&A Post-COVID in Europe and the U.S.” chaired by Professor Filippo Sartori from the University of Trento School of Law, and Luca CM Melchionna, Esq., of Melchionna, PLLC in New York City. The workshop will provide an update on M&A transactions, including cross-border, in Europe and the United States in light of recent political and economic developments. Corporate and tax issues will be analyzed, with reference also to some of the most representative transactions in recent months.

The workshop aims to promote dialogue among professionals, companies, and in-house counsel in the process of internationalization by Italian companies towards the United States.
