Dallas Bankruptcy and Fraud and Recovery partner, Michael Napoli will be leading a panel discussion called “Walking the Line: Fiduciary Duty & the Equity Receiver” at the 12th Annual NAFER Conference. The group will discuss how receivers navigate different duties to the court, the estate, investors and creditors, and interest holders.

Napoli serves as a court-appointed receiver and counsel to receivers and trustees in his work to maximize the value of insolvent entities in order to make a fair and equitable distribution to creditors. His experience covers a variety of industries with an emphasis on life settlements.
