Akerman partners Richard Milstein, Dale Noll, and Elizabeth Hughes will speak at the Florida Bar's 2021 Annual Guardianship CLE program on December 2, 2021. Milstein and Noll will speak in a session titled "When Guardianships Get Tricky" and Hughes will deliver an update on Florida Guardianship Caselaw. This CLE program is designed for any practitioner of guardianship, elder law, or trusts and estates law of any practice level, and will provide an in-depth discussion of various issues any practitioner would face in the course of a guardianship, including avoiding pitfalls and abiding by ethical duties and best practices.
