Scott Silverman will speak on a webinar titled, "What the Individual Freedom Act Means for Your Nonprofit & Diversity Training," presented by the Nonprofit Leadership Center (NLC). The webinar will explore what the Individual Freedom Act means for nonprofits and its employees. It will also review the eight topics included in the law, permissible DEI training, enforcement, remedies, how to mitigate risk, and the status of legal action against the Act. 

The NLC is a nonprofit organization that exists to support the nonprofit sector, offering programs that develop and connect nonprofit leaders to strengthen organizations and the community.
