Stefi George will speak on a webinar titled “The Many Challenges of Complying with State Marketplace Facilitator Rules” as part of the Chicago Tax Club’s Indirect and Operational Tax Committee’s Webinar Series. The webinar will address variations in states’ marketplace laws, including how multiple facilitator (tiered) transactions are handled. Stefi will also examine the increasing collection requirements expanding to other taxes and fees, some of which are not centrally administered by a state agency.
