Akerman’s Economic Development and Incentives Practice Chair, Steven Polivy and Director, Beth Zafonte will be panelists at a seminar hosted by the East Mediterranean Business Cultural Alliance (EMBCA). The panel is titled, "Using Tax Exempt Bond Financing and Other Economic Development Incentives." The seminar will discuss the art of identifying, packaging, and properly protecting these investments. Panelists include professionals from public finance, real estate law, incentives, and insurance.
