Akerman is a sponsor of the "Strategies for Success (S4S)" program, presented by The Commonwealth Institute (TCI) in South Florida. The four-part development program is targeted towards emerging and high-potential women managers and offers a deep dive into effective management practices with session two titled, "The 21st Century Leader: Preparation and Action." TCI is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help women CEOs, entrepreneurs, and senior executives grow their business through peer mentoring, education, development, and high-level networking.
