Thomas Kearney will speak on a panel titled "Privacy and Data Security: CCPA and Forecasting What to Expect as Consumers Become More Conscious of Their Privacy Rights" at the American Conference Institute's 26th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Regulatory Enforcement and Litigation.  Thomas will discuss the California Consumer Privacy Act's impact on the mortgage industry, compliance challenges particular to financial institutions, and how lenders and servicers can prepare for new state laws imposing requirements similar to CCPA and GDPR.
