Zachary Kobrin will moderate a panel titled, "Take My Money Please…Issues Affecting Cannabis Banking & Merchant Services," hosted by Cannabis Lab (CLAB). This panel of industry experts will explore and discuss the current state of affairs at both the state and federal level, what are some of the issues facing both cannabis companies and financial institutions, and what should cannabis companies be doing to ensure they can obtain and keep the services they need. This group will explore some of the issues operators have faced with merchant services, whether or not the SAFE Banking Act and other state initiatives will help the industry, where they see the future of cannabis banking and merchant services.
