Potential Impacts and Updates to Your Client's Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser Defense and Liability Protections" as part of the American Bar Association Environmental, Energy, and Resources Law 22nd Fall Conference. The panelists will discuss the future of Brownfields redevelopment, as well as the Environmental Protection Agency's "All Appropriate Inquiries" (AAI) rule, and how that affects clients.
