Scott Kessler will participate in a panel titled "Employee Mobility in the Courts and Beyond" presented to Hofstra Law School alumni. The panelists will discuss considerations in deciding to challenge or enforce restrictive covenants, injunctive relief and trials in the employee mobility context, the impact of social media on employee moves, and choice of law issues.
