Steven P. Polivy will speak on a panel entitled "Real Estate Financing Through the EB-5 Program," presented by the Council of Urban Real Estate (CURE). The panelists will discuss the history of the EB-5 Visa program, the immigration process, how developers can use EB-5, and new developments in the EB-5 program resulting from the Leahy-Grassley Bill. CURE is a membership of real estate professionals in New York City including, architects, brokers, and developers.
